Our Story

My name is Zachariasz Zoladz, and I founded Cleveland PretZZel Company during my freshman year at John Carroll University. It all started in my dorm room—with nothing but YouTube tutorials, a few ingredients, and an unstoppable drive to create something of my own. I began catering locally, waking up at 3 a.m. to hand-roll pretzels in a borrowed kitchen before heading to class. That hustle turned into something real. Today, we’re expanding into wholesale—supplying bars, restaurants, and colleges across Ohio—with a bold vision to grow into a national brand. Cleveland pretZZel was built on grit, heart, and hustle—and every bite reflects that. My mission is to inspire other college students to chase their dreams and to one day give back to the people and communities who helped make my dream of running my own business possible.
